314 Action backed-candidates were responsible for flipping the House blue in 2018, flipping the Senate blue in 2021, and winning a handful of high-stakes statewide contests and state legislative chambers in swing states like Nevada, Michigan, Wisconsin, and Arizona.

Now, in 2025, we are recruiting, training, and supporting what we expect to be the largest wave of Democratic scientists and doctors to ever run for office in American history.

So far, more than 150 Democratic doctors have reached out to us about running for office in nearly three-dozen states, we’re already backing +100 Democrats with scientific background at the state and local level, and we’re already fielding the red-to-blue House and Senate challengers that will determine control of both chambers of Congress.
