Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries is right: Republicans hold their slimmest and weakest House majority in decades. We only need to flip FOUR seats to retake the House. If we can get a headstart on the GOP, Jeffries knows we can do that. So can we count on you to give as little as $4 ahead of our first major deadline of the year so we can win the House, hold the Senate, and defend the Presidency?
Trudy Busch Valentine is running for Missouri’s open GOP-held Senate seat against the architect of Missouri’s notorious abortion ban. She received her nursing degree in 1980 and worked at the Salvation Army Residence for Children, where she cared for vulnerable and homeless children. She has continued to serve on a nursing board, and works with charitable organizations that focus on children’s issues. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Busch Valentine administered hundreds of vaccine shots to Missourians as a volunteer.
“314 Action Fund is proud to endorse Trudy Busch Valentine, who has proven through her advocacy and charitable work for Missouri’s children and families that she will be a fierce advocate for them in the Senate,” Shaughnessy Naughton, president of 314 Action, said. “Trudy will stand up for Missouri’s families and tackle pressing issues in the Senate like ensuring access to affordable healthcare and reproductive care, finding real answers to the opioid epidemic and building a future that gives a fair shake for working families.”
“It is a true honor to be endorsed by 314 Action,” said Trudy Busch Valentine. “Our country is facing a healthcare crisis and a climate emergency. We need more people in the U.S. Senate who follow scientific facts and have the courage to fight for real solutions.”
